Who?
Established in October 2024 in London UK, Media Revolution is a new collaborative, self-organised working group.
The people involved are laser-focussed on the media being the primary route to real change, around the world.
With deep roots in national-level climate, social justice and transport campaigns in the UK we’re experienced and incredibly determined. Our core team is small, but growing – and we’re reaching out internationally – this is a global campaign.
We’ve spent too long seeing the issues we fight for, and the communities we work in being demonised and set against each other, in an attempt to fuel division and hatred, obfuscating the real perpetrators of society’s ills and issues.

Building the movement of movements, collectively collaborating on the changes in the media system will need many people, from all around the world, and all walks of life.
Luckily, support for a Media Revolution is coming in thick and fast, from Africa to Switzerland. Before the campaign was launched, on July 28th 2025, 21 organisations with priorities from a free Palestine to freeing social platforms were already on board, and more are joining in every day.
